Prior to being delivered, your gift basket(s) will be beautifully wrapped, completed with a hand-made bow and your enclosure card. Your gift is then professionally boxed to guarantee perfect arrival.
For online orders, your delivery/shipping costs are calculated according to the recipient's postal code. All deliveries (local and Canada-wide) are done by FedEx Ground.
We recommend that whenever possible, send your gift to a business/work address, as this will ensure that someone will be there to receive and sign for it during regular business hours. Please visit our shipping policies page for more information.
Next day delivery ($10 charge) is available in our local Ottawa area, for orders placed before 12:00 pm EST. The local Ottawa area includes Kanata, Nepean, Stittsville, Gloucester, Orleans, Carleton Place, Almonte, Appleton, Ashton, and Beckwith.
Orders to Toronto and Montreal are also generally delivered by FedEx the next day as well. During busy holiday seasons, it may take an extra day for delivery.
We recommend trying to have your gift sent to a business address. However, for residential deliveries where no one is home, our courier may either attempt to deliver the package the next day, or (at their discretion) leave the package in a safe location. A delivery notice is placed on their door in either situation. While they provide excellent service, FedEx can't guarantee specific delivery times.
For all other destinations in Canada outside the Ottawa area, gifts are also sent by FedEx Ground and we will provide you with a tracking number. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the recipient's postal code, during checkout. Please note that we do not not ship outside of Canada.
