Can My Gift Basket Be Shipped Anywhere in Canada?
We ship across Canada, using FedEx. When you place an order using our secure shopping cart, your shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Visit our
shipping page for information on shipping times to various regions across Canada. As with all of our deliveries, your gift basket is professionally boxed and packed to guarantee perfect arrival!
It is preferable that shipments be delivered to a business address, as there will be someone available to sign for the shipment during regular business hours. For residential deliveries, if no one is home to sign for a package, FedEx will either attempt to deliver the next day (maximum of 3 delivery attempts), or leave the package in a safe location (at the driver's discretion). Packages that are returned to us due to the recipient being unavailable are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the payment of all shipping charges.
Please check the address carefully, as FedEx (as do all couriers) charges a fee ($7.50) for an incorrect address. This fee will be added to your credit card. Should a delivery be returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will not refund the shipping costs, and you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, so please allow sufficient time for your gift to arrive. In our experience, deliveries to British Columbia and Newfoundland can take 7+ business days during the busy holiday season.
