What is Your Local Delivery Area?

Our professional courier (FedEx Ground) is generally able to deliver by the next day (for orders placed before 12:00 pm EST) within the greater Ottawa area, including Kanata, Stittsville, Nepean, Vanier, Gloucester, Orleans, Carleton Place, and Almonte.

As with all of our Canada-wide FedEx deliveries, your gift basket is professionally boxed so as to guarantee perfect arrival.  Our local deliveries are generally done by the next business day.  However, during the busy holiday season, it may take up to two business days.

What Happens if the Recipient Isn't Home?

It is always preferable to deliver to a business address.  However, for residential deliveries, if the recipient is not home, our courier will either attempt re-delivery (maximum of 3 attempts) or leave the package in a safe place (at their discretion).  In either case, a delivery notice will be put on the door.

Gifts that are returned to us because they are undeliverable are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as all shipping costs.
